Air One is International - Air One provided 3 rotary foggers to Universal Resource Recovery, Inc. of Welland Ontario, Cananda. The rotary foggers will control dust during screening operations associated with a large scale food waste composting operation. Two of the rotary foggers are currently installed over a McCloskey 621 trommel screen while the third unit is being tested in the C&D processing area.

::: March 2009
Air One wins bid to install dust suppression system at Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority Parsippany- Troy Hills Transfer Station. Air One will install 8 rotary foggers and a 2-zone high pressure atomized mist dust control system within the 35,000-square foot construction and demolition debris/municipal solid waste handling facility in the Spring of 2009.

::: February 2009
Air One to moderate Gasification panel at C&D World Tampa. Tad Wollenhaupt will moderate the Gasification panel at eth C&D World exposition in Tampa. C&D World is the only event specifically catered to the Construction and Demolition debris field.

::: October 2008
New Product - Air One introduces Monsoon as new equipment line to be carried. The Monsoon will move water or other fluid through a proprietary gyratory atomizing nozzle which will expel solution from a rotating hub (through a screen at the perimeter of the atomizing nozzle) resulting in a high speed impact which pulverizes the fluid into a uniform spectrum of droplets. This mist is projected forward well over 100-feet using a 14-inch turbine to force the mist forward or upwards depending on the nozzle position.
The 50 - 200 micron size droplets will begin collecting a trapping airborne Dust Particulates and odors, ultimately resulting in an immediate reduction of pollution on site. The Monsoon is the ultimate machine for controlling dust at your demolition jobsite.

Upcoming Shows - Waste Expo, Las Vegas Convention Ctr, Las Vegas NV, June 9-11, 2009

Past Shows - Air One to speak at Conference in Texas
Air One was chosen to speak at the Construction Materials Recycling Association (CMRA) C&D World Exhibition and Conference in San Antonio, TX January 14-16, 2007. Visit www.cdworldshow.com for more information. Air One presented information about past and present dust control techniques.

New Product – Air One has expanded it’s capabilities for odor and dust control solutions with the addition of airMotion air purification systems. Each unit provides 3,000-cubic feet per minute of air filtration and treatment. The units re-circulate the air within the building through a series of filters which eliminates the need for air quality permitting or the worry of off-gas emissions. The units are ceiling mounted and are designed to handle and treat all forms of dust, VOC’s, diesel emissions to include NOx and Sox and all odiferous organic compounds.

New Product – Air One introduces the addition of the Rotary Fogger and Disc Fan to our product line. The Rotary Fogger is a fully adjustable misting machine that provides up to 4,500-square feet of coverage with a water flow range of 0 up to 1-gallon per minute with a droplet size range of 10-250 microns and 90-degrees of oscillation ability.

New Product – Air One has introduced the Disc Fan, which is another fully adjustable rotary misting machine that provides up to 4,500-square feet of coverage with a water flow range of 0 up to 10-gallons per hour with a consistent 20-micron water droplet and 90-degrees of oscillation capacity.
